What are the closest airports to Villa Ocala?
Tampa International Airport, (TPA) is 80 miles north and 1hr 15 minutes away. Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, (SRQ) is 28 miles north and takes 28 minutes. Naples Municipal Airport, (APF) is 100 miles south and a 1hr 45 minute drive.
Do we need a car in Venice?
You will need a car in Venice, but because Villa Ocala is right on the Venetion Bike Trail you have access to tennis, beaches, golf and downtown Venice on your bike if you wish.
